This poll is completely terrible. It displays little to no true black beauty. Almost all the women displayed are half breeds majority of which dont even acknowledge the black in them. I agree with the comment above me this is terrible and not a display of true black beauty and sexiness. More real black women who display at least a mustard seed worth of pride should be displayed on this list. Society is B****. Black is beautiful and going and not claiming it until its time to get an awrd for it doesnt make you black. the majority of women on this list are just as much white as they are black and do not count. I'd love to see some real proud bblack women on the list like Sanaa Lathan, Gabriel Union, Monica Calhoun, Kelly Rowland. Women who are not just as fake as the hair makeup and skin tone they claim to be so real and sexy. this poll is awful...
Half breeds should not count. It's unfair to real black people because we have to be held to 'their' standards. Whites don't want to claim them, and blacks shouldn't have to. They should have a catagory their own--if you are half black half white, you are not black or white (literally, yes, but catagorically, no). You are biracial, or mixed race. Now get out of the Black catagory because we'd like to have people who look like us REPRESENT us, thank you.

I'm a little offended by the comments being made as i am multiracial,but i also believe there should be more beautiful dark skinned women in that list like lauryn hill,vivica fox, lanisha cole,Benin- Noellie Agboton (gorgueous)are all beautiful- the list goes on BUT why make us of lighter skin and mixed backrounds feel even more alienated then we have already bin made to feel by society.

I believe that this is a issue in today's society.Nobody is hardly pure breed anymore...especially anybody on Television. People may look mixed but they are nothing other than black. These people are closer to black than to anything else. I do agree that some people do put lightskin people above darker people because it goes back to the old days when white features were the only acceptable beauty...and its still that way the black woman with white features makes it mainstream. I think that all black people should try to look good to the best of their abilities...In Gods eyes we are all beautiful..I think we don't need a countdown thats going to Offend black women in today's society. As of right now thats the way it is until somebody change something.

I am Full black and its sad that actual black girls aren't representing black girls..no offense.

I am a white man married to a black women. When I see the comments written here, especially vaguely hostile references to "half breeds", it makes me worry for my children.
Maybe we shouldn't have polls like this separated by race.
