Sienna Guillory has been working steadily since making her movie debut the 1993 made-for-television production Riders, and she has worked alongside such folks as Paul Bettany, Hugh Grant and Keira Knightley. Sienna first came to international attention with her role as the title character in a splashy 2003 miniseries called Helen of Troy, which she followed up with a memorable turn in 2004’s Resident Evil: Apocalypse.
Sienna’s spent much of 2006 working on and promoting the adventure film Eragon, in which she played a beautiful damsel in distress. Sienna also lent her voice to a video-game adaptation of the movie. And with a cameo appearance in a British sex comedy called Rabbit Fever, Sienna proved that she has not forgotten her English roots. Given the escalating nature of her fame, it’s fairly surprising to learn that this is her first appearance on the Top 99, although it’s hard to imagine that it’ll be her last.
Sienna has three films scheduled for release in 2007, starting with the Jesse Bradford psychological thriller Victims. The Heart of the Earth is a romantic drama set in an Andalusian mining town, and pits Sienna opposite fellow up-and-coming actress Catalina Sandino Moreno. Finally, Inkheart is a big-budget fantasy epic costarring the likes of Brendan Fraser, Paul Bettany and Helen Mirren.
